A highly complex movement that requires not just adequate strength and power, it is a skill that involves great technique and coordination from the body. Learn to do a muscle-up progressively by having the movement broken down into smaller parts. With effective drills to build both pulling strength and power towards developing good technique, a muscle-up can be achieved.
