  • tuck jump to the wall consistently
  • hold chest-to-wall for 60s

Expand your training and go beyond kicking up to your handstands by working on various press entries. Be it a straddle, tuck, pike, or stalder press, we provide the drills that allow you to build both the strength and mobility to press up to a handstand confidently.
