Strength training - it is as it is. With structured progressions and a breakdown of various skills, learn to manage them appropriately. Develop both the strength and endurance towards greater physical capabilities.

Regular Calisthenics Skills classes have 3 distinct themes on a weekly rotation:
  • Push
  • Pull
  • Legs
Themes will be reflected on the class schedule.

*difference between basics & non-basics classes is the complexity of the skills covered
