Prerequisite:
  • able to balance for 10 seconds in a straight handstand consistently
Progress further with a handstand by building the required strength for a handstand push-up. Strong arms and hips are involved to maintain a precise control over the shoulders to produce the movement of a push-up - all while balancing on just the hands.
