Mobility training achieves greater joint strength and increases movement capacity. Move the body competently in a wider range of motion, feel stronger, and minimise pain and injuries.

Mobility classes have 3 distinct themes on a weekly rotation:
  • Upper Limbs
  • Spine
  • Lower Limbs
Themes will be reflected on the class schedule.
