A focused 60-mins bodyweight strength class dedicated to either push, pull, or legs training. Expect more specific skill work, targeted drills, and deeper strength development.

Calisthenics classes rotate between Push / Pull / Legs, reflected on our class schedule.

  • Multi-levelled, where strength meets bodyweight skills such as planche, lever, handstand push-up, and more
Calisthenics - Legs
  • Multi-levelled, working on single-leg squats, sissy squats, and more
