Bars aside and beyond the usual pulling strength, rings are a greater fun by introducing the need to stabilise the body and remain in balance. Learn basic rings-related skills, such as candlestick and skin-the-cat, by having the movements broken down into various parts. Develop awareness and strength to produce them through effective training drills.
