Straight handstands - develop greater awareness over stacking the body and instill a stronger sense of balance. Work towards the ability to kick up to a handstand consistently, balance, and bail out  - away from the wall.

Prerequisites
You should be able to:
  • kick up to the wall consistently
  • hold chest-to-wall for 30 secs
  • bail out from chest-to-wall confidently
If you’re currently working on meeting the prerequisites, the Handstand Basics class is a more suitable option instead.
